Heated Power Vinyasa

Explore a variety of postures in unique sequences to build strength, flexibility and balance. Vinyasa classes are designed to help you get out of your head and into your body and breath. Be prepared to sweat and challenge yourself as you transition between effort and ease in this flow based class set to music. Intensity level and personal style varies by each unique teacher. Modifications are always welcome.

Taught by a Bikram Certified Instructor, this class takes you through the traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in Bikram’s yoga sequence in a room heated to 110°. This class is great for students looking to build strength and improve balance, posture and alignment.

Yin Yoga

Yin invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while targeting the body's connective tissues. This is a slower paced class with long passive holds to nourish joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia.  Great for beginner or advanced students looking to restore or improve flexibility while enjoying mindful relaxation. Yin can be tailored to each unique practitioner with the use of props and modifications and is the perfect complement to your Vinyasa or more vigorous practices.

Mellow Flow

Mellow Flow is a slow paced Vinyasa class in a lightly heated room that blends gentle movement and breath to cultivate mindfulness, posture alignment, conscious engagement of muscles and longer pose holds to increase strength and flexibility. This is the perfect class for beginners and seasoned practitioners interested in a milder flow-based practice. Expect to leave feeling calm and refreshed.
