Olde Oak Meadow Yoga is the first and only solar-powered, infrared heated yoga studio in the Santa Ynez Valley. We recognized a need in the community for a studio capable of reaching traditional hot yoga temperatures over 100 degrees so we renovated a barn on our 5 acre ranch and turned it into a luxury hot yoga studio. Our infrared heaters offer tons of added health benefits including pain relief, decreased inflammation, improved circulation, detoxification, weight loss, skin purification and more. We also offer non-heated classes inside the studio as well as outdoor classes on our new Yoga Deck overlooking the vineyard. We pride ourselves in the quality of our space, our teachers, our classes and our wonderful community.
