We renovated an old barn and turned it into a luxury solar-powered yoga studio with state of the art infrared heaters. Choose between heated and non-heated classes.

Nestled above the vineyard and surrounded by roses, our newly built yoga deck offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to take your practice outside.

We offer private yoga classes for individuals or groups. You have the option of coming to the studio or having one of our experienced instructors visit your location.

Hot Power Flow (Vinyasa)
Our most popular class. Explore a variety of postures in unique sequences to build strength, flexibility and balance. Vinyasa classes are designed to help you get out of your head and into your body and breath. Be prepared to sweat and challenge yourself as you flow between effort and ease. Intensity level and personal style varies by each unique teacher and modifications are always welcome. Offered both indoor & outdoor.

Hot Pilates Sculpt
Hot Pilates Sculpt is a fun, full body workout that is both high intensity and low impact - making it friendly for all body types and ability levels. Performed in a heated room with energetic music, this class combines Pilates principals with HIIT (High intensity interval training) that strengthens muscles, boosts metabolism, and burns fat. It is the perfect complement to a yoga practice!

Yin Yoga
Yin invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while targeting the body's connective tissues. This is a slower paced class with long passive holds to nourish joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Great for beginner or advanced students looking to restore or improve flexibility while enjoying mindful relaxation. Yin can be tailored to each unique practitioner with the use of props and modifications and is the perfect complement to your Vinyasa or more vigorous practices.

Evolutions
This low-intensity exercise class focuses on mobility, strengthening your core, glutes and back body while improving your posture and alignment. We’ll use resistance bands, pilates balls and other props to explore different ranges of motion and strengthening exercises before finishing class with 10-15 minutes of foam rolling and stretching.
